    9 easy. Didn't really care about pace, but it wasn't above 8:30 at any given time and the average was probably around 8:00.

    How did everyone's 4th of July races go? I didn't have one, but I know a lot of you did.

    Mine was ok. Extremly humid and only did my 6th best time. I did get 2nd though in my age group as usual.

    idk the distance, but 50 minutes. great run, just exploring new routes. im on vacation in vermont and the cooler weather makes soo much difference..i feel so in shape lol

    and for the 4th of july race thing: mine was lots of fun. it was only 1.7 miles so it was short and sweet. and i got a prize party
