I was planning on doing a 20k with my team today, but I got injured. At mile six, two of my toes started bleeding really badly. I had to be picked up, and a doctor who is a dad of one of my teammates said that somehow a shard of glass came in and penetrated my toes, yet not my heel. So no running for at least a couple of days.

I'm also going shopping and buying my academic decathlon teacher a gift.
In addition to a real one, I thought I might buy her a funny potato related gift. Anyone have any ideas?

Pithin: That's really funny. What distance was it?

    with private coach:
    2 negative split 800s
    2 negative split 400s
4 100s to work on form
    drilllzz

he says i'm in such bad shape now compared to summer. that's what i get for having a crappy school coach. i was struggling. it was bad.

Hardcore core workout with new trainer...I can't move my arms, it was horriable just trying to drive 5 miles back home. I'm going to try and go for a REALLY...REALLY easy 7 mile long run. Let's hope I can do it after the workout I just did.

funny story...So me and my friends drove up to Seattle today for the race (and with traffic its like an hour drive =/ ) We were walking downtown looking for the start when we saw the banner and it said the race was tomorrow. SOOO we are super dressed up and looked really dumb, annd people kept looking at us funny and saying "the race is tomorrow you know".

    Neutral

I guess I'm just going to treadmill it up today since the lack of snow issue...and I'm a wussy. hah
