Anyone who doesn't say Adidas either hasn't tried them, or doesn't know what a training shoe is supposed to be.

ok so i think the "best" training shoe is different for every person. we all have different feet and with those feet we have different needs that one brand may be perfect for but another may be not and another may be ok. its like 1 single brand is the best. otherwise there pretty much wouldnt be a reason to have all the other brands. my 2 cents on it.

Brooks Adrenalines are pretty good all around if you don't really know what you need. So are the kayanos, but they're f'in expensive.

    I have Tried:
    Adidas: 1
    Asics: 3
    Brooks: 2

So far my favorite brand BY FAR is brooks. The others were O.K., but I just haven't gotten the results with those that I got with brooks. Definitely recommend them if you have never tried them, they feel snug as socks.

I love mizunos for my nonexistant arches. My arches usually don't hurt until I have worn them a half year. But I haven't tried anything besides Mizunos.
