That's fine for your 5k pr. When you start doing longer long runs I'd probably slow them down to 7:30-7:45 per mile once you get up around 12-15 miles (if you plan on doing them that long)

I meant to do more (like 13) but I was pretty tired from staying up late and also there was one area on the roads that I haven't run on in a while that was pretty hilly and the hills took more out of me than I thought they would.

hmm only made it 20 minutes, and I was stupid and lifted first so my legs felt icky, starting to get shin splints...New shoe time!!
This couple on bikes made my day, when I was done I was stretching and they rode by and said "wow you made it back here before us and we're on bikes" granted they were going slow but haha it made me laugh.
