There's a thread for outdoor, what about indoor? I'm setting some pretty lofty goals for myself after a poor XC campaign.

    Times in my sig.

To make it through the winter without injury. I really don't have any time goals for winter nor do I care about racing at all.

Run some real distance for base because I call myself a distance runner but have only ran farther then 8 miles maybe 5-7 times in my entire life.

I'm going to 3 invites, and I'll run all races in my sig but the mile at those. I know I'm going to run a mile at some point in indoor so that's where that comes in.

    mhmm same.

Our farthest 8 miles, we do that maybe 4 times in xc. Its pathetic, I'm aiming for 10 mile runs this winter. No indoor (we dont have it) just a good base..

altough what I just said has nothing to do with indoor track.
