    3.75 fartlek (wooork)

In other news: I got my Latin Midterm back, and while most of the class failed, I got 104.5% Very Happy It'll really help my GPA which is pretty low because Foundation Year Programme is riddiculously difficult a C is a good mark, B's are great, and if you get an A, you're a god. (no joke, only one person out of 6500 people who have done the program got an A+ overall. He is now the director of the Program.)

^ speaking of college the UW rep came to our school today during my lunch and I got a buch of info. I wasn't aware that they looked mostly at your junior year (which makes no sense to me) so crap =/ I was screwed over my sophmore year so my classes arent as hard as I wanted. uurghh its so frustrating, and then theres my mexican friend with the same grades as me but will probably get in (she admits thats why she'll get in) its so unfair.

anyways 3 miles easy, resting up for districts.

Well the work out was supposed to be 5x1k ending in a 100m hill
It ended up being 3x938m ending in a 100m hill

I had a pounding headache and I couldn't finish Sad
I got way slower every time, not because of my legs; my head just kept hurting more and more.
    They were like 4:08, 4:25, 4:30 Neutral

Chances are, you aren't just white but a variety of different ethnicities. My cousin was able to say she was native american (she and I are 1/32) to help get into stanford.

I was pretty sure my coach said for us to meet at the track today so, my teammate Jon & I ran to the track. (About 3/4 of a mile) We were there for a good 15-20 minutes and nobody was showing up, so we decided to run back to the school. When we got back to the school everyone was in our Coach's classroom waiting for him to get out of a meeting. When he had finally got back, 2 of our captains had left to go deal with an issue, so we sat around and waited for them to get back. After about 15 minutes we FINALLY decided just to get on with our work-out & run to the track.
    1/2 mile warm-up
    4-400s
    3-200s
    1/2 mile cool-down
+ 1 1/2 of unneeded running to find my team.
Our practices usually start @ 3:30 & today it was suppose to be done by 4:30. We ended up actually STARTING @ 4:30 & ending @ 5:30. jeesh! =P

Did 3 mile repeats. 6:56, 6:55, 6:57. My legs were killing me after three hard days in a row.
