I don't really understand you time tables, do you get those classes every day?
I don't really forget what I learned unless it is French then it is just in one ear, out the other, but I am taking all of those subjects except PSHE for GSCE. So I have to remember them. Hmm weird Smile

Yes, same ones everyday, for me at least. But you dont get yours everyday, I like having what I learned yesterday being added on to but you wouldn't have that, I would forget everything I learned on wednesday when I had to come back and talk about it on friday. (yeah I'm so smart like that..haha)

    whats pshe or gsce?

    hahaa
    physical sexual health education
something pretty much everyone has to do
and gcse's i think are like your SAT's but im not sure, they are like a national test/qualification. The only thing bigger than them that you do at school are your A-Levels.
Haha, I guess it is just what I have always known (that way of learning) so the teachers find some other way of making it stick. Also because they are shorter, the stuff they do teach sticks in your mind because you can concentrate for the whole thing.

That makes a lot of sense too me. I'm good for the first 30 minutes of lecturing, but after that I start getting sleepy and spacing off. Maybe more would stick if it was shorter. hmm scratch

Yeah, I think that's the idea, but I guess the american way must have its good points to or you wouldn't continue to use them, I'm no expert on learning patterns Smile

I don't know, it seems like you'd accomplish more doing large once-a-week assignments then busy work every night.
