Heres a running story Empty Heres a running story

Post by The Riddler Mon Aug 04, 2008 2:32 pm

I did this thing that all the elite southern nevada people do called the legend's run. All big names are there. It's a 3.1 mile course and the winners usually are at 15:00 flat. 4 of us are in a pack and there's a triple fork in the road. The last 2 years it has been rained and there was a different course. We decide and go down some random one. Well some pack about a quarter mile behind and see us. There start to follow us and everyone follows them. So we start running down this trail some guy going to the bathroom see's us and tells us to get on some other trail took hook onto the road. So it turned in a 3.8 race and 300 people took the wrong road. Just a thought.

What do you hope to gain from telling us a bunch of BS stories?
You don't run 15:00 5k. So stop telling us that you're "an elite nevada runner".
You're not. Give it up and admit that you're normal like the rest of us.

Well you obviously didnt take top 3 at states.

Just like you didn't finish second behind kyle merber in a mile race.

And just like how you aren't Tyler Bernard.

Not that he did get third. Maybe in the peewee handicapped women's race, but probably not.

3rd place is still great (but you probably didn't get it), I'm just saying that you're inventing categories. It would be almost like someone saying "I was in the top 23 at regionals."

But again. I don't believe you anyway so it doesn't really matter.

I'd like to take this time to let you know that you're pathetic, and you should probably spend your time not impersonating runners on a little-known running forum. Nobodies impressed.
