...like running my 5k pace in a 5 mile race. So I did. 28:12 bi*ches. Thats about 8 seconds slower per mile than my 5k pace. If you want proof pm me (might take a couple days for them to get the results on the web).

How many tempos do you do a week? I generally do a run at 6:00-6:30 pace once a week of 4-6 miles. But really tempos should be 10% of your mileage tops so you might be doing too much tempo work.

You won't improve as much in the season as people like RB and Miler.

That wasn't a put down. I was just happy of my time.

FK- I'm going to drop 1:09 seconds off my 5k time this season. If they drop more good for them.

No I didn't win over all. This place gives out big cash for the top 3 so really fast runners come. There is over 500 people and I got 6 overall and 1st Highschooler.
So I shouldn't have said I clownstomp everyone just the highschoolers.
