like fun workouts, or really hard but satisfying to complete workouts
track or xc or just random other workouts that you've done

(hardest workout I've ever done but it felt amazing to have actually finished it)
XC
8 miles at 7:30 pace
(sometimes we do this during track too, but it's more of an xc thing and it's so much fun )
