Post by The Riddler Sat Jul 19, 2008 8:16 pm

Was at Anasazi running camp in Pinetop or LakeSide Arizona for two weeks as a counselor. It is at 8000 feet and is very hilly. First week I logged around 65 miles and second week 89. My College team PV (Paradise Valley) hosts it and it was pretty fun. I got alot better from the altitude training.
So i'm back and would personally love to thank all those haters who come on here and flame me.
    Have a Great day.

We had 3 Olympians speak to us. George Young (steeple Bronze) and two others who didn't win medals. All of them are all Lydiard guys and really like that system. But, we had a two coaches (one holds the National record he has won 19 straight state Championships in Arizona in 3a-4a. He believes more in the Coe,Daniels kind of things. Some other guy who has 14 overall state championships gave this great nutrition talk and I will try to find it online on his website and post it for you guys. So I just learned mostly about Lydiard,Daniels, and Coe.
    Heres some links
    Lydiard

    I'll get more stuff later.
