    2:38 is technically Monday (I wanted to get to post the dailies once :p)

    Weather forecast looks absolutely marvelous tomorrow.. Been crappy here the past few weeks...either hot and sunny or stormy and windy as well.

    6.5... I ran in the park today with friends, so I don't really know how far it was, but we did 54:00 min at what felt like 8:30-8:40 pace... so i'll do another mile or so later.

    6.85 at 7:07 pace. I felt amazing after my first day off in 2 weeks, so I did the first 2 miles in 13:20. But then I thought I would just take this day really easy because I have a hard workout tomorrow. Pushups Abs and Back. Can't wait for the workout.

    um i did 4 yesterday at a friends house we had a party there with like a bonfire and stuff it was pretty fun but the run kinda sucked because there were like a million hills everywhere and it was burning hott. plus i almost got killed by a dog lol...i hate dogs so much.
