Don't be nervous--you'll do fine! If you work yourself up over it tonight, you'll just shoot yourself in the foot. Better to chill out, eat something, and sleep well. Then you can be nervous tomorrow Wink

    RANT Evil or Very Mad
ugh so good news and bad news. Bad- The doctor thinks I have compartment syndrome and today my calves/ankle were sooo bad I had to walk during the 3 miles =[ and trying to stretch them was a joke. Good news-my coachs sister is a physical therapist and she has worked with olympians that have trained in washington (even lagat!!!) so I get too talk to her over the phone tomorrow and she's going to give me some tips until I go to the sports med doctor too see about surgery (possibly) and about seeing a physical therapist etc..
I'm just so frustrated because my legs hurt soooooo bad and its slowing me down Sad

Our number one girl always runs with the guys and never with us. Since she is capitain, we all kind of felt that she should at least run with us on easy days or something (we understand that she does want to get better). Our other capitain, who is also her best friend, was going to talk to her about it. Then, the other day, one of the guys remarked to our number one that she wasn't a very good capitain. She went to complain to capitain #2. Capitain #2 was just kind of like "yeah." because she agreed. Then they started SCREAMING at each other, and I don't mean just talking loudly and getting angry, I mean SCREAMING. So, the rest of us decided to do our workout. We cut through a path in the woods, in order to avoid running awkwardly right by the screaming match. When we were in the woods, we could still hear them scream, and the rest of the girls wanted to listen. This made me angry because it was none of their business. Then, we ran our warm up and i kept getting madder and madder because all they were talking about was what our capitains were fighting about. I kept telling them that it was none of their fucking business, because it didn't really involve them at the moment (they had moved on to arguing about their friendship by that time). Everyone completely ignored me and kept talking. Then, I ran away from them because they were pissing me off.
Then I got to listen to capitain #2 yell at the guy who instigated this. She said that she was going to talk to #1 about the problem, calmly, not screaming but instead she ended up in a screaming match with her best friend because he had to go and tell her meanly or whatever. And then everyone was pissed because this same guy had supposedly said that our team sucks.
    Stupid drama. I hate it.

Sorry that was sooooooooooo long hahaha.
