Post by AudienceOfOne Sat May 24, 2008 7:02 pm

regular season meets, not NON or state meets.

    1. Penn
    2. Arcadia
    3. Roosevelt...

    can't think of any others.

Penn is either biggest or second biggest meet in the world, true Arcadia has better competition, but Penn's a bigger meet. Miler, what's Roosevelt?

it's a meet in ohio, but the meet record for the mile is 4:02, and the 2mile meet record is 8:46, so i thought it deserved some credit.

we have the next sub 4 HS miler. he's a freshman now, but he's ran a 4:24 mile and a 9:16 3200 so far. not to mention a 15:29 5k.

    and we're better all-around anyway.

It's the 3rd best 3200 out of freshman in the country right now, and that's not including that Elias guy sPine is obsessed about. 4 people do not go sub 4 in the mile each year. Rolling Eyes

Divided Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York all fall short of California by far but North East owns all other areas of the US. Even California's Region.

i don't think you can fully understand his talent if you've never seen him run. he's like 5'2, when he get's up to 6 feet, he'll be ballin. shoot, put those legs on a 6 foot tall guy's body and he'll get dang close to 4.

    Reebok Grand Prix is tommorow. They are a professional meet, but have HS 4 x 100m, 4 x 400m, and 4 x 800m relays. My team has a varsity 4 x 800m going tomorrow. Their PRs are 1:58, 1:55, 1:53, and 1:54.
