I missed two days running (after running 30 in a row, lol) because of work and partying I guess I'll have to double up later this week to get the miles in.

I am on the computer now because I can't watch the olympics The cable system for our tv went wacky right after the women's 100 race. And the it's messed up for the whole town so I can't even go to one of my grandparents house to watch it.

umm, I really like flying too!!! Probably b/c I've ony flown twice in my life. One was like... idk how long, just from Manchester to Baltimore. But then the 2nd one was Boston to Seattle... like 6 hours. It was awesome! haha. But if I got to travel a lot it probably wouldn't be so fun. But idk, 13 hours is more than twice as long so, maybe it wouldn't be fun.

I got my Eastbay catalog today and they had a Nike swimsuit in the Olympic section. Who are they trying to fool? Every American is in the LZR. =/

i love flying but after i went to hawaii last year, i had enough to last me a few years: 1 hour maui to honolulu--6 hours honolulu to san fran--6 hours san fran to boston (with a 1-2 hour layover between each). the last 2 were red eyes and i COULD NOT sleep. gahhh

I just ran a time trail 5k on are xc course in 18:06. I took it easy because I was crushing everyone. The course is semi hard. Not to many hills but there is about a mile of trails that turns a lot and that slows you down.
