Re: The Next World Record
Good thing is I don't think its a over use injury but a "i steped on a rock wrong and pulled something and continue to run for 8 more miles" injury.

Re: The Next World Record
I've raced it once before when state was there in 2006. I think it's a boring course and the hills only come into play at the end but I rock at hills. lol well maybe I shouldn't say that but hills are usually to my advantage and we'll be doing hill workouts for sure since my regional course is extremely hilly.

same here
my dad works nights so we usually eat dinner around 5ish.
I couldn't imagine eating so late!! I'm usually in bed by 9, thats weird.

I know we use to go visit my uncle in Omaha and we would eat at like 8. My dad works a weired schedule though he'll work 4 nights and have 4 days off then he works 4 days and has 4 days off and then back to nights.

Thanks i'm really hoping for that. I was rated in the top 10 at the end of the season last year and then I just didn't run good enough at the state meet but hopefully this year will be different. I don't get how you do hill workouts where you live there are no hills in that part of the state. It's completely flat.

Re: The Next World Record
for inspiration use my favorite nike quote. "Just do it." Oh and in the commercial thread they had a cool one saying everything you need is already inside.XC_crazy wrote:P2 wrote:its bound to happen. you could even win state as a senior.XC_crazy wrote:P2 wrote:good, good luck. im saying youll be top 10 this year at state.

That's stupid. The lady who cleaned my teeth (I had no idea who she was so that was strange) aksed if I golfed too.
A lot of people will ask my parents or other family members if my sister is going to run in college too. They think that she golfs and runs which is very untrue.
