Cruise Intervals, 6am tommorow morning! need to get some sleep, just going to get in one more post and be off.
Anyone else seeing improvements in there training?

Personally, a month ago I was straining with 6:30's for 6-7 miles so I am feeling ready to move into a whole new level of training, feeling stronger than ever.

That is what happens when you run more miles than you can handle. scale back the mileage and you will feel better.

I dropped my mileage down from 35 to 25 mpw because I was having some knee issues, and not only are the knee issues gone, I'm training about 1:00/mile faster on ALL my runs. I just took on more mileage than I could handle, and needed to drop down and add mileage slowly.

And when you race three times in less than a month.
