Israel: The Most Racist Illegal Nation.

I'm leaving for two weeks tommorow so i'm getting all the arguements I can before I leave so....

I was looking on a website about 4 months ago. I saw these pictures (see below quotes) and I think what kind of madness is this. I looked up Isreal hatred on Lebannon and came up with these quotes. So I think Isreal has to be the most Racist country around. Lebannon's quotes were not even close to as bad as these.

I read some quotes and they don't pound on Isreal that bad and they have a marginal wince of respect in some. Isreal not to much.

These quotes are taken out of context.

It is important to remember (I think) that since Israel has come into existence, it has been attacked at least four times (outright) by Arab nations. It isn't as though these comments are made as baseless accusations--of course there's going to be animosity. Few Arab nations even regard Israel as a country and regularly call for its destruction.

The Arabs in Israel have more rights than they do anywhere else. Is there going to be discrimination? Of course.

It's nice for us, in America, to sit in our chairs and hem and haw about the racism that Israel displays toward others. But after the Yom Kippur war, the 1972 massacre of athletes, can you blame them? Truly? We are not a nation among enemies, and are relatively safe. Taking isolated quotes like this is counter-productive and misleading.

I'll take the Isreals side now. Dating back to the time of Christ there was a story of Alma. The Arabs every year attacked Isreal killed people burned every thing and left it with nothing. For seven years every year stuff like this would happen. Alma asked God for him to help him God said "fix it" (not like that but, thats the point). Alma got an Army and defated the arabs. The arabs attacked the innocent athletes in the Olympics providing the worst time in Olympic History.

Um. You might've been inclined to bomb the crap out of a country who was under the impression that you and everyone in your country should be killed, simply because of your religious affiliation and location on the map.

Mm...this was during the time when Hezbollah was placing Israel essentially under siege. I'm inclined to think that the children, though very poorly guided by whatever adults were involved (I'm shocked that they would involve the kids like this), were not writing the messages with malice. I find it unlikely that they could/did comprehend the real purpose of the missiles. They had seen the destruction wrought on their cities by this terrorist group, and were likely told that the missiles were retaliation--there is no way they invisioned the death of children.

Israel killed thousands of civilians last summer. They have every right to defend themselves but they need to be more specific and accurate in their attacks when civilians are around.

Indeed they did. Because Hezbollah was hiding behind Lebanese civilians. It was not the intention of the Israeli military to injure civilians.

This is mere speculation One of the girls wrote "With love" followed by her name and a friend's. It can be reasonably certain that the kids were unaware of the full impact of their messages and/or what they were being used for and who would be impacted.

did you not read what i wrote. they are kids most kids will do what there parents tell them to do. and they probably dont think its wrong because theyve grown up with the impression that these people are bad. they are not just going to think for themselves. if your in that type of environment for so long and know no different your not going to question it.

Yes, I do have eyes. And I'm pretty sure those kids know they are writing "With Love" on a bomb.
