Re: Super Saturdailies
I'm just biking fifteen miles with my friend. Nothing to hard today, seeing as I don't want to tire myself out for Monday

Re: Super Saturdailies
I train by my-self. If you don't know my track coach is a buffoon and last year when he came he didn't know how many laps were in a 800. For Xc I have an awesome coach but, he can't coach me during track because he wants to keep his family life up at that time of the year I guess.
I did a 3 mile fartlek pretty hard then did 8x200. Need to improve my kick so I don't get out-kicked for the second time this year =]
