Re: Funny Fridailies
ugh, not sure yet. My legs are feeling kinda heavy.
Definatly going to do 3.75 fartlek (My "other" job, delivering flyers, can't skip it) Then if I feel good I'll head down to the track and do a workout with a coach whom I've been wanting to work with for a while, but I just havn't gotten around to going out. then maybe a light swim to cool off after that.

Re: Funny Fridailies
Ok, so I felt better once I did one of the runs.
So in total - 3.75 miles fartlek
4 miles, including 4x800m (there's an elite-level meet comming up, I'm in the 3000, I don't want to be embaressed too much)
15 minutes of swimming.

6.4 easy. Not sure about pace, but it was somewhere between 7:40 and 8:00.

What? So you did a tempo run, then ran .8 mile all out, then ran another tempo?
