Anyway, I decided to take advantage of this delay and tried to do my run this morning. My hamstrings have been hurting(again!) and yesterday I had a horriable, slow run. Today I really wanted to do the 3x1 mile repeats my trainer wanted me to do...but after the first one, the time was SOO slow (6:53 ) and I felt like I was going as fast as I could, but my legs just felt so tired. So, I decided I better just not run anymore today(even though I already took a rest day this week).
I feel like shit now, do you think I made the right decision? I just thought, well, I'd rather not run and feel better than run and hurt myself even more. What do you think? Sorry, this turned out to be so long...
