WHO CAN'T WAIT?

i puked during a race once. it was right after i ran up a kind of big hill.
never peed during a race though. on my runs i'll just stop and go in the bushes.

i pee myself every single time i run lol im not even kidding. its never too big unless if its like a reallyyyyyy intense race but everyone knows that i do so no one cares. you know how guys don't wear underwear under their shorts. well my bro said one time on a long run he really had to crap and he didn't feel like going in woods or anything so he just went and pushed it out of his shorts i think thats funny. lol you guys probably think its disgusting.

I hurt it more by cross training (swimming with a lot of breaststroke kick is very bad, apparently) and that's assuming I'm out for another week, which might be a possibility.

There's this one girl from a school we race against frequently and every single race she pees her pants. Every race. Track, XC, you name it. You always see the pee down her leg, it's disguisting.

well maybe if it was a race but i wear underwear under my shorts so it wouldn't really work.

I get to Run in hot and Humid Arizona. Worse than what I am running in now. Just by a little though.

I am about to run a race down in AZ in a couple of weeks

Well today it was 112 and its only june with 17% humidity. It gets to about 118 in August with more humidity. Even though its only 15-30& it kills.

what is it around 10 p.m?

im running a race in predicted 92% humidity on friday.
