Well Ive run 13 miles at once before. I run 13 out of every 14 days. Im the best on my XC team and best miler. I live in ND so no one did anything during the winter. I run about 40-50 mpw. Im afraid of burnout. 5.10 mile/2.27 800. Still one more year.
