as shitty was my previous time was, 2:51, i'm going to have to go with the 800.
it's fast paced really pushes you. although, i'm sure if i was given the chance I would much rather run the mile or two mile.

I like running 4 x 800m for class level, simply because of the team aspect. Individual wise I like the mile and the 800m.

I like the 800 best. I tend to screw up my pace on longer distances and coach doesn't trust me to be consistent for some weird reason
