I don’t like pool running either. No
I think you should stop though. Im not a good example of this cause I had some pain on my leg, and I kept running. For a few days it hurt when I was running, but after a week it was better.
Don’t do what I did though. See what your doctor tells you.
    hope you get better! Smile

There are floatation belts that you put on and in the deep end of the pool you just run. Somewhat like you regularly would if you were on ground except you don't really move as much (ha)

If you do interverals such as like a couple minute warm up then we did:
    5 min. hard
    4 min. easy
    4 min. hard
    3 min. easy
    3 min. hard
    2 min. easy
    2 min. hard
    1 min. easy
1 min. all out hard hard hard!!
    then a couple minute cooldown

and when people look at you funny, they don't know...if you try hard and don't just leisurly jog, it's harder than it looks.

It's a pretty good workout. If you have access you should try it sometime! Very Happy

And mae2937, I hope it heals up quickly! Be smart about it and you should be running fairly soon! Think positive, cross train and just be thankful that you caught it when it was in an early stage so it won't be too too too serious. It could have been worse.

    Good luck! agree
