heel-toe is bad. don't intentionally try to do that, most people who do it try to change their stride so that they stop. it absorbs the shock and impact of your foot pounding the ground more, which could cause shin splints or knee pain and stuff. like your trainer said running on the ball of your foot is the best.Ria wrote:I repeated Monday's workout cause the distance coach wasnt there. 12 quarters and they were all around 81 or 82. my slowest was my first and that was an 83.
