I repeated Monday's workout cause the distance coach wasnt there. But I felt really good! My legs didnt feel like lead! Yay! But, after practice the coach told me that I run funny, he says I run loud and flat footed and that I should run heel-toe. But my trainer told me I should run ball-heel. I'm so confussed and dont know what I should do!

heel-toe is bad. don't intentionally try to do that, most people who do it try to change their stride so that they stop. it absorbs the shock and impact of your foot pounding the ground more, which could cause shin splints or knee pain and stuff. like your trainer said running on the ball of your foot is the best.
