i had my first indoor meet today, and i pr'ed in the 800 and the 1200 (2:52 and 5:00ish, but I had mono all of track last year ). i wasn't really happy with how i ran my races- i couldn't focus, paced for shit, and was too scared that i'd run out of energy to actually push myself- but hopefully i'll fix that and improve my times a lot by spring track and even more once we start doing non-base stuffs.
