Anyways, I dont think I could handle running everyday for 30 years, I always really need the days I take off.

That is cool. I cant imagine doing that without getting a stress fracture or something, or even getting a really bad flu and still running. sheesh thats crazy

my coach hasn't missed a day in 4 years. his last day off was the last time we made it to states as a team. but thats nothing compared to this.
