Fresh Snow Fridalies!

Oh my goodness! There is SOO mush freakin snow outside! My town got about 8-10 inches overnight! ahh! Oh well...2-hour delays are worth it. =)

Not sure what I'll be doing today...probably stationary bike or a run through-out my school again because I don't feel like trugging through the snow.

Easy 3 tonight, hockey game.

It's my sister's birthday and she's having a surprise party, so nothing. I am meeting with my tri coach later though.

I was supposed to do eight, but I just didn't feel like running. I think I'm going to take the weekend off.

so today i weas going to run a longdistance then kept shortening it down more and more untill it was just lets jog to dunkin donuts a mile and a half away get a coffee then walk back and hang out. haha.

nothing.

2 hours of swimming and I kinda wanted to run home (about 4 miles) but it was icy/snowy and that can be safe for my ankle.

Rest day. 4K time trial tomorrow.

The first four were at a little slower than tempo
The last 4 were easy with some pickups

After one of the pickups, an older man, running the other way said "Your going fast" He stopped and continued talking to I felt like I had to to. He talked to me forever, asked me my name, talked about running ect. He was really nice but I just wanted to get one with my run. It was weird.

6.5 total.

Ran 1 mile warmup, then 5.5 miles with my friend

15km easy..roads were really icy

Quick 6 miler at a decent pace
All day I've been studying for the scrimmage for Academic Decathlon tomorrow. Gah I'm nervous

rest day, so i played a bit of football and basketball.
