Yea ours is called Conditioning Club and it's ran by the track/xc coach. We meet 2-4 days a week and run, life, do plyos, ect.
We get anywhere from 2-15 people...all depends on the day and how close it is to track season. (More people tend to come when it's closer to season starting)

We have winter conditioning, mainly its just people who did xc, because its run by the xc coach. We meet 5-6 times a week and lift twice. I go on occasion, particularly the lifting days because the routine is really good, but I like to do my own thing.

My track coach has offered to work with me specially year round because of how poorly I did this season comparable to my abilities. Plus we have Hour of Power/Freak Show, which is strength and conditioning over the winter

yeah, our coach had a "Polarbear Running Club"
but last year me and and some guys decided that Polarbear sounded too sissy so we just made it Polar Running Club.
it only meets like 3 times a week with our xc coach but us kids last year went every schoolday. this year though, they were all a year older than me so i have no one to run with this winter

psh no hah. That would be asking to much out of our school.
But our coach does put up a piece of paper in the weightroom that tells us what to do once a week. I guess that kinda counts.
I got a gym membership because our weightroom is so terrible, even the health inspector laughed at it and said "I could easily shut this place down" but he took pity on us
