    How long should a cc break be? Ive heard two but it seems to long.

    I'm taking a month. But if I was heathly I would take 3-4 days. I only took 3 days off inbetween track and xc base. But you probably should take 1-2 weeks off.

    ya, im going to take a week off after xc ends..im sure my shins will apprciate it.
    and then i will stay moderate for a while. i really dont want to get a stress fracture before teack

    i guess it depends, i getting mentally and physically burnt out and i doubt that an extra week of little running is going to make a difference

    That's college for ya. Most people here don't have a good enough base to take so little time off. I think I saw on Dyestat last year that Kyle Merber took 3-4 days off after XC.

    wow. we have another month of xc left...season ends on nov. 29...

    but i usually take like a month or so off but im gonna try to only take like a week and half or 2 off this year and see what happens
