I'm taking a month. But if I was heathly I would take 3-4 days. I only took 3 days off inbetween track and xc base. But you probably should take 1-2 weeks off.

i guess it depends, i getting mentally and physically burnt out and i doubt that an extra week of little running is going to make a difference

That's college for ya. Most people here don't have a good enough base to take so little time off. I think I saw on Dyestat last year that Kyle Merber took 3-4 days off after XC.CT Track wrote:We only get two days.
