That surprises me since their medical school is suppose to be number one in the U.S (not research) although I've said that already.

oh well, I really dont want to travel out of state

Isn't it too early to say you're going to Oxford or Cambridge? Every applicant has pretty much top grades. The majority of people who get turned away are people with straight As, but who just didn't manage to do well in the interview.

its not a definate and you can only actually apply to one of them
however my school is one of the top state schools in the country and im really lucky to go there and about 20 people go to oxbridge every year and i am in the top 20 so i have a pretty good chance and i am putting it all down to my school, im doubt you lot know too much about our testing system so i wont go into the grades, but at my school, the grades are very rarely a problem please don't think of me as a troll just someone who is lucky to go to a really good school
but in the end i might end up going somewhere else because of the particular course

Ah fair enough. According to Wikipedia 68% of people who are turned down are people who got As for their 3 subjects. So you're going to need that, plus a lot of charisma for the interview. But I'm sure you'll do fine, good luck mate. What course are you doing?

Oh, and I just saw. On that university list thing above, the mouse in the top right corner is the same mouse I have. Thought I had to share that with you guys.

Ah that's cool, I was thinking of doing mechanical engineering, but changed my mind and now I'm doing physics. I'm going to England to study postgrad (i was born there), I'll probably take a shot at getting into Cambridge or Imperial.

Yeah imperials nice, but the living costs are ridiculous, with Cambridge at least as an under-grad you get subsidised accommodation, and of course providing he is still alive physics at Cambridge means Stephen Hawkins

Did you ever take a long break off of running because you were bored of running or were injured and then after a few weeks or months were basically dying to run again?

YES. I took a month off over the summer because of a knee injury and after about a week I was just soooooooo antsy and I wanted to run so much.

I did a few months back, and mine was a fair bit longer than yours haha. Going from long to like one inch long was a hell of a jump, but I'm keeping it at this length now. Comes to think of it, I really need to change my personal picture thingy. How short you want to get it?
