just out of curiosity, do you drink milk, if so what kind of milk do you drink?

    i drink Skim.

the reason i'm wondering is because me and my friend were talking about this and he is now all into making fun of me for drinking Skim milk...(he drinks Whole; YUCK!!) tongue

I've never tried Whole milk and I don't plan on it. I think 1% tastes funny.
so anyway, now he calls me Skim whenever he sees me "oh hey Skim, what's up Skim?"

I loooooovvve 1 % and 2 %... and maybe some whole.... but I never really drink them. I always get skim. And if my mom buys 1 %... which she sometimes does, I just don't drink it. I hate the thought of that extra fat... even though it tastes DELICIOUS.

I never noticed this thread until now lol. I drink chocolate milk from a local farm. It tastes so good and they use there own cows to get the milk and they put it into jugs right there on there little farm. No major companies, no chemicals, just fresh milk.

Some studies have shown cow's milk is a leading cause of heart disease due to the excess hormones. Cow milk has almost 4X as many hormones as human milk. It's tough to show direct cause and effect relationships with this sort of thing though.

So we should drink breast milk? If you want hormone free, then drink organic milk. Also, poor diet and exercise is the leading cause of heart disease in humans not milk.
Can you cite any of those studies?
