    2.5 mile warm up
    6x.75mile hills at vo2 Max, averaged 6:13 pace, with brutal uphills. .25 jog recovery.
    Hill sprints (6 of them, FULL power)
    Drills
    2.5 mile cool down.

    My quads were already hurtin this morning, now they feel like someone took a baseball bat to them. Tommorow won't be fun walking around campus.

    I ran a 16:45 and got second. There was 5-6 people in the 16's and this isn't a easy course its just the best teams in the county. We beat 3 out of the 4 teams. I think I did good because
    1. I had a side cramp with 1/2 to go.
    2. It was wet because of the tropical storm and it rained today.
    3. The course is hilly.

    Hilly but not too many sharp turns and the surface was good besides the wet spots.

    8 miles at xc practice, the best i've felt in a looong time Very Happy
    edit: we also played ultimate frisbee Cool
    and then an hour and a half of swimming so now my legs are dead.

    24 x 200= 3 miles. we did them with partners though.."endurance 200s". we each ran a 200, went back to where we started, then kept going until we each did 4. they were in mile intervals, so after each mile we got to get some water.

    3x3000 with 3 minute rest. 10:57, 10:50, last one i had to do alone but still managed a decent 11:17. 2.75 w/u 2.75 w/d.

    4xhill repeats each is like 800m long and reallyy steep, I hate it I'm going so slow I think walking is actually faster =/.

    about 800m from our school on the way back, me and a friend ran by this house with free stuff..mostly toys. I now have a pink panther stuffed animal and we both got fireman hats..haha we felt kinda dumb running through town with all of that.
