The Riddle Thread

Not WW edition!

Post any you've heard, or answer any that have already been posted.

They can be any type of riddle (Ex, Word riddles, math riddles)

A man and his wife are in the middle of nowhere in their car. The man leaves the car to get help, and locks every door, with no possible entrance other than shattering a window. The man is gone for about 20 minutes. When he returns there is a stranger in the car and his wife is dead. The car is perfectly intact, and all of the doors are still locked.

How is this possible?

The stranger was already in the car before he left!!!!

His wife wants to get a breath of fresh air, so she unlocks the doors and walks outside the car. A stranger appears out of nowhere and then kills his wife. Then the stranger goes in the car and locks the doors. Now, the man's wife is dead and there is a stranger in the car!

Riddles make me want to hurt someone.

The stranger is the guy he went for help.

But the stranger is already in the car when he returns...

He doesn't have to be. The guy can come back, let the stranger in, and then he would be back, the stranger would be in the car, and his wife would be dead.

Another possible solution is a tornado. It could've swept away his wife's car and brought a new one lol.

The man's wife was pregnant and then went into labor and died during childbirth!!! So the baby is the stranger and the wife is dead!!!!!

I think it;s funny how every time someone gets an answer right they're declared a cheater. What's the point of the thread then?

I think it;s funny how every time someone gets an answer right they're declared a cheater. What's the point of the thread then?

Maybe it was a bit harsh, but it just seemed unrealistic that she'd go from saying that the person was already in the car to getting the answer perfect in like two seconds. whatever, you guys can post your own, I wanna try to figure some out.

how do you cheat??

Anyway, I've got some riddle books up in my attic. I'm gonna go look for them.

I remember some of the riddles in them being a little far fetched and hard to figure out if you don't know the answer, but I'll post them anyway.

exactlly, this is not too difficult. all the wife had to do was unlock the doors for whatever reason.
