i have sucessfully established my alpha male dominance in our teams 5k time trial (slow teams ftw)...with a 20:36 PR!!!
1 guy beat me by like 15-20 seconds but today he decided to do soccer instead of xc.

alright i suppose. im running in contention for a varsity spot. most of the workouts im 10-11th for the first half but then everyone drops off and im 6-8th.
i only have had 1 race so far and i beat my last years time there buy 2 minutes:)

First practice was yesterday, I hope that it wil get easier (not the workouts but me..you know??) I just didn't feel as good as I did this summer, maybe because its colder and blah ?
I was pretty confident on beating my old pr's because I was almost doing that this summer at practice not even a race or anything. But when I get to xc practice all my confidence like disappears and I suck. I dunno whats wrong with me =/
