    Yeah, I got this one too. I read the first couple of chapters and I'm kinda disappointed. It's exactly like his other book except for the fact that he basically tells you how not to be a couch potato anymore. I've already got that one figured out, thank you. lol

    I just got done reading ultramarathon man by dean karnazes. it was an awesome book!!
