I think i ran good but the time was bad. 18:26ish i didn't look at the offical time yet they didn't post it online yet.
When they do I'll give you the link.
It was a bad course. Really hilly and i didn't walk it before hand so I think on that course it was a good time. The 8th place guy in the mile at Pa states was only 20 seconds ahead.
I got 3rd overall.
