i've been planning to do some runs barefoot, like a mile or so. I need to do it at a park or something. Or when xc starts, around the football feild or something.

I almost fell off the treadmill once. It was the same day I was running barefoot actually. The clock was directly behind me and I turned around to see what time it was and immediately slipped to the very back. I danced on the edge for about 10 seconds before getting back on normally.

i almost fell off once i was doing a reallyyyyyy hard workout and i couldn't slow down because my trainer was watching me i think it was more of a mind thing i just thought i couldn't do it and so i kept getting farther and farther back on the treadmill.

my brothers though were checking out girls when they were running on a treadmill and they fell off hahah it was hilarious.

I fell off my treadmill and put a hole in the wall before, my knee ran into it. I still have scars. My arm and knee were skinned.
