overall i placed 127/1667 and in my age group i was 34/67

There can't have been that many people that were going sub-16 (your time if you had held the 5:09 mile)

so last night we went on the beach to watch fireworks. It was a clear sky with a few rain drops so we could see about 18 different firework stations going of the coast line. The one's by us were all amateur and they were cracking right above our heads and lighting up the waves. I was standing with my feet in the water, and these guys said they needed the spot. they set of a canister and the waves knocked it down so it was shooting sideways. so of course, we ran back to the dunes. people spent thousands and the were sparkling things every 5ft. All the college guys were singing the national anythm and were were all cheering and clapping. It was beautiful. The neighbors were all passing footballs across the balconies on there houses and the streets were crowded with city life. Leaving, it took over 1/2 hour to drive 4 miles in the pouring rain. another 4th of july, another amazing year!

any other 4th celebraters: how were all you're celebrations, runs, etc.?

I was at the beach and this drunk guy kept yelling from the dunes "Hell Yeah, America, WOOO!" "Our country's birthday" "America!!!" It was funny mostly because he was drunk.

I worked by the fireworks festival all day, and then watched the fireworks from my house with my sister and boyfriend. Tonight's the big night though, 1 hour of fireworks.

u dont got to believe it, i just get tired of it, or like someone else. im not cruel about it. i dont do it all @ once. i try to do it over a period of 2-3 days. or do something to annoy them, then they dont take it as bad.
