Sooo anyways i did a 5k roadrace today for the 4th of july, and i pr'd!
just not for the 5k.... haha
my first MILE i went out in 5:09! my previous 1500 pr was a 5:25. so big improvement there, but then i got really tired after that, so i ended up with a 22:50.
anyways im still happy with my mile time
