people are stubborn. even if it gets people thinking it more than likely isnt getting them thinking the way you want it to.

then don't get involved in it, you have a choice.

i dont get involved in it. but if the thread isnt supposed to be about religion its annoying to look at it and its turned to religion discussion keep it one thread and dont spread it to all the others. i dont like to post my opinion if the thread has changed to religion.

if it gets peoples minds thinking fine. but i doubt any of this is actually worth it though. all it does is get people argueing and annoyed with each other.

ok.....so looks like i missed something. if people are actually offended by a religion argument thread than wow...but i guess ill stop. im evangelist so its kinda a duty to me to press beliefs.

People aren't offended, we're annoyed. And if pressing your religion gets you into heaven, go piss off someone else.

im just gonna throw this out here i believe whole heartedly in god but i think that if someone doesn't the way to show them there is a god is by accepting their beliefs and just being a good person and loving them anyway..you can say i believe in god then have that be the end not argue with them and push it down their throat.

And aren't the ten commandments something you're supposed to do also? So I don't understand how being a total asshole is required by a religion, but at the same time it's optional to get into heaven.

I'm trying to understand his statement. Clearly you're supposed to follow the ten commandments as they are the premise of most Christian religions. I'm just trying to figure out how something so ignorant is required by a religious outake. Is he supposed to be assuming the role of God or is he merely a disciple trying to pave a road for my weary mind?
