    12 mile in the morning no water 100 degrees got saved by sprinklers
    6 mile evening run
    going for a 105 mile week.

    well usually it is hot, but lately its been back to our normal overcast weather. Im' soo sick of it. I actually kinda like running in 85+ heat. Its a nice change =]

    Anything above 70 is too hot.

    oh, youre considering windchill. thats definetly a different story then. the wind is absolutely terrible where i live. all day, every day.

    and its -10 everyday. 25%of the time its at least -25.

    Winter about -1° to -21°C which is about 30 to -10.
    That averages at around 10 degrees celsius and the average here is -18 celsius so HA! tongue

    But yours is a dry cold. Wet cold = even worse. The moisture takes the heat away from your body even faster. And it's ALWAYS windy here too.
