From June 2 to July 21(yesterday) 285.8. 144.8 from June and 141.0 so far for July. I started my summer training the week after our last meet. I didn't take any time off b/c I only ran one day a week over the winter, so it wasn't like I had been running constantly all year.

I'm actually very happy with myself, I'm not running the volume I did last summer, but my pacing is much faster, and I'm not fighting myself to get out the door every day. It is actually pretty nice.
I was having some knee issues earlier this summer, but those are pretty much gone, I figure if I hadn't had them though, I might be doing closer to 32 or so MPW.

same here protest. last year i had about 250 miles in already but this year I feel like i am in much better shape and I only go 4-6 mile a day

yeah I actually think shorter, faster miles feel more rewarding and they don't drown you out.

I think my highest week this summer was 20-25. Of course, I'm still training for sprints but next week I'll start XC training and I doubt I'll go higher than 30.
