My father had 3 marriages, and six children between them. I'm the youngest, and he was 63 when I was born.

Just an easy 5.5. Might be harder depending on how I feel. 6:30-7:10 pace. Doing abs back and pushups right now. And now that I think about it, I think I will do some plyo today too, I feel great.

    1.5 mile run
    1.5 mile walk.

I should probably not eat 2 plates of spaghetti and chug a liter of water before I run. It was bad. I've never had that feeling before. Ever.

It was like I wanted to throw up but I didn't have the energy to.
