    I believe he broke 9:00 as a sophomore and was in the 14s then (but I don't know if he ran a track 5k).

    I'm not completely sure on this but I believe he was sub 15 or at least very close to that as a freshman.

    back sorta on topic, has anyone ever heard of altitude training things where you put this thing on your face, and its like being at altitude, supposedly simulates living or training at altitude. my dad is dead set that its the key to getting good (although i've never heard of anyone using one)
