    Nike Zoom Victorys

Post by FinishingKick on Wed Oct 29, 2008 10:30 pm

They're officially in the Eastbay catalog at $109.99. I'm not going to get them yet, probably when (hopefully) I go sub 4:30 or if I get close to that next year I'll get them in time for outdoor junior year.

They're just spikes. Why would you pay 110 dollars for spikes?

what does your brother run? if it's 1600 or less, victories are better.

but if i run thousands and thousands of miles, it'd be dumb not to get the best spike to make use of all that training.

Me running the mile in normal spikes: 4:40.4
Me running the mile in zoom victorys: 4:40.2

They sure are worth the extra 50 dollars Rolling Eyes

I would rather spend the money on trainers.

but they look straight up gangsta, and from what i hear are lighter and more aggressive then normal mid distance spikes.

rivals will make you piss blood. if you run in rivals you might as well run in adidas or brooks. Why not go with the best? The Nike Victory/Matumbo are the best spikes on the market, get them nublet.
