    Ya i am now on crutches for the next 3 weeks and i couldnt go to white water today because crutches and waterparks dont go along very well....not fun i might not even get to start this season

    aww im sorry to hear that Sad did the stress fracture get worse? because i thought you only had to be off for like 2 weeks because it was minor

    yeah, stress fractures suck so bad, our top guy runner last year started running on his toes in the summer and he was running really fast like that and in the beginning of cross he was already running like 16:10, his best being a 16:01, and then his foot started to hurt from it and he had a stress fracture and had to miss half the season.

    I hope you are better to at least run part of cross, are you a senior Mae?

    That sucks. I think I had one (or something that hurt my shin bine) at the end of xc last year but I didn't run at all over the winter and it got better.
    Hope you get better quicker than I did.
