    So we're pretty dependent on creating our own warm-up. Its sad, another coach from a different team told me to go warm-up haha yeah, but i'm friends with his team members or w/e. ugh Its so frustrating to have a track coach who doesn’t even know distance runners exist.

    that would suck, our track coaches worship us because if they didnt have us we wouldnt be a very good track team because are sprinters arent good enough to carry us.

    We do a mile warmup for XC... it's fun; we basically just sing the whole way Very Happy
