I was going to do an easy 7, but the 2 ft of snow, white out conditions and blizzard warning put a damper on that. So rest day today instead of tomorrow, and I'll do my 7 tomorrow.

OMG! I love wall ball love When I played lacrosse last year(before I discovered running) I would just play wall ball for hours. But I lost a lot of balls in the sewer and hit the gym window.

A girl came to an xc meet hungover once and the whole team ended up missing the race because she ran off into the woods and they were all looking for her.

My best workout of the year: 7x1k repeats on a grassy, hilly area. Hungover as fuck. Averaged under 3:10. I guess she just needed to man the fuck up.
